The Quarry Lakes Regional Recreation Area provides users with a wide variety of recreational activities. In addition to its several miles of biking, walking and equestrian paths, the park also features boating, swimming, fishing, picnicking and beach sports. Leashed dogs are welcome, too.
The recreation area and its looping trails are conveniently located off of the Alameda Creek Regional Trail, which provides access to the larger San Francisco Bay Trail network at its western end.
Quarry Lakes Regional Recreation Area has a sizable parking lot at 2100 Isherwood Way in Fremont.
